Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Marczell Klein Corp website, online courses, live seminars, group coaching, or one-on-one coaching (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Marczell Klein Corp (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

1. Description of Services

We offer digital courses, live seminars, group coaching, and one-on-one coaching to help individuals improve their personal or professional skills. Services may be provided in-person, through the use of video conferencing or other electronic means, or by providing access to pre-recorded digital content.

2. Eligibility

To access and use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

In order to access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

 

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments for Services must be made in advance. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or other approved methods. Prices are subject to change at our sole discretion.

Marczell Klein Corp offers a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for digital courses and group coaching programs. To be eligible for a refund, customers must request it within 7 days of purchase, access no more than 25% of the digital course content, and attend no more than one group coaching session. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For group coaching, and one-on-one coaching sessions, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided in the digital courses, live seminars, and coaching sessions, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and logos, is the property of Marczell Klein Corp or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any such content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Marczell Klein Corp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Marczell Klein Corp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Services, or b) a breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Services, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. In the event of termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Any provision of these Terms that, by its nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
