At Marczell Klein Corp, we are committed to delivering exceptional coaching services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes necessitate cancellations. To maintain our service quality and efficiently manage our resources, we have implemented the following refund policy:
Refunds for online courses are available only within the first 7 days after purchase, provided that less than 25% of the course content has been viewed. Clients wishing to request a refund within this period should do so through the following link: Refund Request Form
Please note that refunds will not be available after this 7-day period if more than 25% of the course content has been viewed.
**Live Seminars and Zoom Seminars:**
The refund policy for both live and Zoom seminars is as follows:
- If the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the event: Clients are eligible for a 50% refund or 75% credit that can be used towards future Marczell Klein Corp services. Refunds can be requested using the Refund Request Form
- If the cancellation is made between 20 and 44 days before the event: Clients can opt for a 25% refund or a 50% credit towards future Marczell Klein Corp services. Refunds can be requested using the Refund Request Form
- If the cancellation is made less than 20 days before the event: No refunds will be provided. However, a 50% credit can be applied towards future Marczell Klein Corp services.
Refunds for group coaching programs can be requested within 7 days after purchase by filling out the Refund Request Form
Please note that a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from these refunds.
By purchasing any of our products, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of the refund policy stated above. It signifies the client's understanding and acceptance of these terms.
